  • WE can not do much in these cases but to wait and call the carrier to figure out why the package is stuck and taking too long.
  • if we receive the package back, we will send it back again to the owner with no issues.

  • we also recommend that the customer make a claim with the carrier as well.

There will be a 10% restocking fee + any applicable shipping charges for the package returned to us for reasons beyond our control. That is in case customer no longer wants the order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for re- shipping return to sender package to assigned address on file.
